This scheme is to cater the purchase of resident house under the priority sector for low cost & medium cost property costing up to RM150, 000.Customers can enjoy financing facilities of maximum financing up to RM120,000 and a margin of financing up to 100% including Takaful.

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Age 18 to 65 years old
  • Non fixed income earner with monthly income of more than RM1,000, or fixed monthly income earner with monthly income of more than RM1,000

“My First Home Scheme”

Under the “My First Home Scheme” customers can afford to own a home now. This scheme is to cater the purchase of residential property value RM100,00 up to RM400,000.The financing tenure up to 35 years or age 65, whichever is earlier.

  • Malaysia citizen
  • Young adults, age not exceeding 35 years old
  • First time buyer for home occupied
  • Single customer income not exceeding RM5,000 per month and for joint customer income not exceeding RM10,000 per month
